Wujood is a practice. Its depth and impact come from doing the work, and doing the work alongside other people.

There are a few ways to get started on your own Wujood journey: at your own pace, in a small group, or one-to-one. Which one fits depends on where you are and what you are ready for.

Practicing Wujood

Before we work together

This work is not for everyone, and it's not trying to be. It might be right for you if:

  • You are unequivocal about Palestinian freedom, and about ending occupation and colonial violence wherever they persist.

  • You believe people are whole as they are, and no one has to earn the right to exist as their full self.

  • You are open to exploring the knowing that lives beyond your head, in your body, your relationships, and your connection to something larger.

  • You are willing to stay with discomfort and grief for what they might reveal, rather than packaging them into something easier.

  • You are open to slowing down, and welcome the idea that this is how you move forward toward what you want.

  • You believe we grow in relationship, and are committed to tending to your connections and repairing them when they rupture.

This work is a real investment, for both of us, and I want us to feel genuinely excited about working together. So let's have a conversation and see how we fit, where we align, and which way of working with Wujood is right for you. Reach out below, and we'll take it from there.

Let’s see if we’re a match
