The Wujood Framework

The Wujood Framework is a flexible, relational process that works through two movements and seven phases.

The first movement is The Return. In it you come to know yourself, trust yourself, and reclaim your voice: Awakening, Witnessing, Reclaiming.

The second movement is The Becoming. In it you set your own direction and build a life that holds it: Imagining, Resourcing, Connecting, Being.

The phases are not a staircase you climb once and leave behind. They are a constellation you move through again and again, at different depths, as your life asks.

Wujood’s seven phases

I built the Wujood Framework from my own life.

It grew from my own path out of survival and into presence, from learning to work with a mind that runs differently, and from years watching people change once they could show up as their whole selves.

It is grounded all the while in my training, my study, and the writers and mentors who shaped me.

Where this comes from

What it changes

  • You come to know who you are and stand present in your own life, beyond the performance.

  • You develop the capacity to stay with what you've been carrying, so you can feel it and choose how to move with it.

  • You create a life direction that's truly your own, and find a way to move toward it from where you stand today.

  • You learn to meet your own needs and resource yourself as you create the life you want.

  • You build honest, close relationships where you're seen as you are and you belong.
